Warranty Policy - Mattresses

  • Warranty is valid only for purchases made from the official company website or company's official stores on Market Places.
  • To avail of warranty benefits, the purchase has to be registered within 7 days of purchase on the official website. 
  • The information provided by the customer on the warranty registration must be accurate in order to claim the warranty.
  • To avail of warranty benefits, you are requested to provide a copy of the invoice/warranty registration email to our inspection team.
  • Warranty claims will be inspected  within 7 days of raising a return request.
  • Warranty will not be applicable on regular wear and tear of the cover and stitching.
  • Any damage caused due to liquid spillage is not covered under the warranty.
  • Mold, dirt or smell resulting from poor mattress care are not covered under the warranty.
  • Exposure to cold/hot temperatures for a period of time that causes the materials to tear or permanently deform.

Terms and conditions 

  • Please retain the original packaging during the warranty period.
  • Warranty on the mattress will be available only in case of product failure due to a manufacturing defect
  • Warranty will be available only under the proper use of the product.
  • Product failure is limited to sagging of the core of the mattress. Reduction of the thickness by > 20% will be considered sagging.
  • The manufacturer reserves the right to assess the defect and accordingly offer repair or replacement with an equivalent product.
  • Any warranty claim must be accompanied by photos of the alleged defect including close-up images of affected areas.
  • Warranty is NOT valid if the original configuration of the product is changed.
  • A manufacturing Warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, neglect, or accident of the product and/or improper installation of the product by the customer.
  • Damages not specifically listed herein, will not qualify for warranty benefits.
  • The company's decision will be final on the nature of the defects and the applicability of the warranty.
  • If the product returned is damaged, including fabric and inner core, charges will be applicable.
