WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We offer various shipping options in some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.
We offer free shipping for all of India. Delivery is estimated to be 4-6 days in the states of Kerala Tamil Nadu Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. For the rest of India, delivery will be done in 7-10 Days. Dispatch will begin after 24 hours of order confirmation. All deliveries are free. In apartment blocks or high-rise buildings, the product will be delivered to residents up to and including 2nd floor. For locations that are above the second floor, the delivery agent will contact the customer to make a mutually favourable delivery.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

- In case you choose to return the product there would be a charge for the reverse logistics.
- Shipping costs would be nonrefundable. When you receive the refund, the cost of return shipping would be deducted from the refund amount.
- Reverse logistics charge for South of India states (Karnataka, Telangana, AP, Tamil Nadu and Goa) would be Rs.1000/-. Reverse logistics charges for all other states would be Rs.1000/-.
- You have to ensure that the returned product is packed and returned in good condition. Cover provided during delivery to be kept intact.
- If the Cover/packaging is not available with you, there would be a deduction of minimum Rs.500/- for the same.
Any damages in transit would not be debited to you.
The timeline for refund would be up to 15 working days (It would depend on the Card/ Bank you are using) & the Amount will be refunded via same source. Your product will be delivered within 7-15 working days depending on your geographic location in the country.
If the customer is charged twice for the same order, then the refund should be for one transaction.
Once a payment has been made no cancellation will be entertain.
